Approximately 2,800 headquarters associates and more than 1,250 field associates work at the company.

Our headquarters offices are located in Fairfield, Ohio just north of Cincinnati, Ohio, near Exit 39 off I-275. Almost all of our headquarters associates live in the tri-state area of southwest Ohio, southeast Indiana and northern Kentucky. Most field associates in our 39 states of operation work from offices in their homes.
